Congrats on the chicks hatching CampingCamping there was a guy on the site that states he would raise as many as Cemani 500 chicks a year to pick out 10 breeders that he really liked. He had some very nice looking breeders. He claimed even after several generations he was still getting white toes and occassional feathers.
I realize you have Honas, but I believe their genetics are very similar.
The toes and legs will probably never turn dark.
Thanks, enola, that's basically what I've heard too. My breeder said that clear toes will darken, but the white will stay white.
