It's so hard. Our instinct is to punish the dogs, but it isn't really their fault. It is always the owners' responsibility. Laws are not serious about making them accountable. I can just hear it... It was just a cat!

Those kind of tickets are annoying. So many serious things to deal with, but they're after the money. Fill that quota. Take it to traffic court and dispute the ticket. Complain at how many other cars were rolling the stop, before and after you were singled out. You never know. This cop may get tons of complaints. They are suppose to serve and protect, not annoy.

I would but then I have to pay someone to watch the desk AND the cop didn't ticket me for not having my seat-belt on . which would have be $20.00 as well OR in addition to . ALSO I was breaking the law hard to argue that point. The serve and protect is so 20th century now it's annoy and enforce "nanny laws"

My mom almost killed a pit with a pitchfork. He was in the process of ripping the skin off the throat of our teaser pony. Pony lived. Dog was put down.
