Twist you need to leave the cords to dry up and fall off from the chicks, does not take too long. Pulling can cause rupture and cutting can cause bleeding out.

I would go with either a handgun or a rifle a 22 caliber would be large enough do to the job. Just make sure you test eh weight and balance and how comfortable it is for you to lift.

I totally missed mine!

And whatever shotgun you use for skeet.

Only trouble with shotgun is you need to pretty close for a good clean shot. Rifle more accurate and clean.
