My eggs are mud too and the coops stinks worse then I have ever smelled them. I have been tossing the yucky eggs to the critters because I only have 84 sitting on my counter needing washed.

I couldn't imagine being use to floods. Snow neither. Love snow but floods don't seem to fun.

Ohh well. I'm about 200 hundred foot elevation. It's mainly rain and wind we worry about... Aka falling trees.

clay soil and 1/2 in. rain =a week of mud. the kind that sucks your boots right off your feet.

There's a fourth, but it must be a second cock because the big one always runs it off. They let it hang around, but not close. I need to trap them all. I can hear there sounds, but I can't tell any difference.

Im 500 posts behind with no hope of catching up. Gd 2 yo has been here for 5+ days. Planted purple top turnips, ga collards, & green peas today. Cooked chicken pot pie from scratch today. Yum
