That may be albumen and I would say that is just specific to that egg/chick and not your incubation technique as the others have come out fine.

it is the same one that got stuck then. and the last one that has hatched .

I have added more water to it. I think that one also got turned funny. when I hatched it I think its head was between its legs. but it zipped over half before it stalled .

Granny, if you want my opinion, if you change the temperature another 1/2 degree cooler your incubator will work perfectly.

The only time I have ever seen what you are describing was in eggs that were hatching too early.
