I am doing a beef roast as real one 6 1/2 lbs. baked taters, corn and squash and then Strawberry shortcake with real whipped cream

the reason for roast is 1/2 of the company are having Easter dinner with their family on Sat and I didn't want to server them ham 2 days in a row. and I just ate a hams last week yepp pretty much a whole one.

I have 3 fixed meals in my life. Turkey on thanksgiving, Prime rib on Christmas and leg of lamb on easter. The rest is up for grabs!
