I have heard plenty of stories of CPS being out of control. Not good, very heavy-handed. Once they make a judgement against you, it is very hard for parents to get fair due process. Guess it depends on the state, because I have also heard of them returning children to situations far worse than you are describing.

who , the parents ? they took her that day and she has been able to see her twice as far as I know. Now they are all sitting in their rooms depressed . sounds like my sister has gave up.

I can see the campings spending time in the over 21 lounge.

I forgot about the onboard shopping, mostly because I'm not much of a shopper.


So sorry for your extended family there, granny. If you were in a position to help, then you'd have a decision to make. As it is, not much you can do. Moral support and advice. Maybe your sister could write her congressperson or go to the newspaper and see if someone would do a story on them.

I have to get back to cleaning. I started a couple of organizing projects that are still in the organizing stage. Stuff is all over. Got the rest of the afternoon to get it in order so hubs doesn't come home to the same mess. Nothing like waiting for the last minute!!
