thank you all, it is amazing what love can do. got my final heart test over with today. will know results tomorrow but it wont stop surgery. 4 more days of freedom ! what shall i do?

awww, thank you ! heard from home health care today. the people that had promised to start before surgery has now asked me to postpone it for a week til they can come. hahahaa thats great. i called the surgeons office and are gonna see what they can do to get someone in but only for bathing and such. no cooking.

I know you are ready to get this over and be on your way to recovery. Hope they can do something so you can go ahead and have your surgery as planned. No cooking...that's a bummer.

Bug away granny! I check for this thread first now when I get on the computer. Seems like it's always something, huh? I should send you an inflatable raft since you're always having to go with flow. Or how about a surfboard?

We are having a little heat wave here, getting up over 90 today and for the next few days. Not too bad, though. This has been a fairly mild summer, but the chickens were panting today. Turned the hose on for a while and they are happy scratching in the mud.

aww, i love that little guy on the surf board . when i grow up i am gonna learn how to do that stuff.well, I actually have news that makes me happy ! when i lost frosty i became friends with a woman that was trying to help find her. i didnt really know who she was but i liked her . well, she is a higher up at a no kill shelter and when i am healed i am going there to train some mutts for the handicapped !!! i will be perfect. i volunteered my services. lol so i also have something to do when i am laid up. and that is to learn. every thing i can about the training. I have the things i will need already. wheelchair, walker ect... it will be great fun. I should be able to start eating my eggs again in a couple days. i gave them wazine. its a 2 week withdrawel or none depends on who you ask. i ask the expert Dawg and he waits. he will give them to the animals though. (dogs) i believe he said.

guess i didnt tell you guys what happened yesterday. i dont see it anyway. there was another wreck in front of my house. no one was hurt this time. well, almost no one.I guess a sleep # truck was to make a delivery next to me and missed the drive. so he was backing up on the road( out of his own mouth) and a small car slammed him. the little cars hood was in the back seat. without thinking I grabbed my cordless phone and went up there. i didnt even have my brace on and offered its use. 3 people used it and i dont know how that happened because there were only 2 people involved in the wreck. lol anyway, on the way back to the house i must of done a # on my foot because I have NO balance now. (sigh) i am having a time of trying to stand up and i am now using a walker because if i dont i fall down go boom. i am just dragging this worthless body part around. i think the surgeon will be a bit upset. i am not telling.
