no, its not. the very hardest thing to do is nothing. keep in mind it has a yolk sac that can feed it for 3 days after the pip. as long as there is an air hole the best thing is to leave it be. boy, that was a lot of short words. lol It wont need your assistance tonight . the only reason it would at this point is if it is turned wrong in the shell and cant zip, or the humidity is too low and it shrink wraps itself. either one of these will wait til you are rested. I am sure there are other reasons but these are the most common.
I've seen it poke through the hole, so I know it can get air. And I added some water to bump the humidity just a bit more. It was at 60%, a little low. I'll probably check on it all night, lol.
