You and me both and when I'm chopping I ask the rest of the bunch if they've got anything to say on the subject. Amazingly it's all quiet, lol.I like a little sweet revenge! Besides, if I just chunked them, the dam neighbor's dog would get a free meal......![]()
No, they are not known to be human aggressive as a breed. But, when they go mean, they are really nasty. My first rooster went nuts right after he turned 9 months old. Nice as pie when I got him. He would follow me around like a puppy when I was in the coop. Instarted feeding him by hand, he would pick up the corn and call the hens over and feed them. Then one day, I knelt down to hand him the feed and WHAM right in the face. No warning, I put him in a cage for a month. Handled him every day, he would step up on my hand like a parrot and talk to me. Put him in with the hens, knelt down to hand feed them and WHAM again. I caught him in mid air, he was dead when he hit the ground...... Did I mention the no tolerance rule????my legbar has always been nice. no problems from him at all. so aggression must not be breed specific.
Try wearing them all the time. I do. It's not to hard to get used to them. Now if I don't have them on, I have to get up and put them on. Mine have the metal brace that comes out so they can be washed. I also need to replace the velcro.Carpel tunnel braces, you can buy them back by the pharmacy area in Walmart I think, if not a drug store. Make sure if your only buying one hand to make sure it's for that hand. They come in left or right hand. I wear mine at night when my carpel tunnel & elbows are flaring. After a bit they do settle down.
I do wear them most of the day & night when my wrist & elbows are really flared. My only problem for wearing them during the day is that I have my hands in water so much. Then I'm having to constantly take them off and put them back on. They sure help though.Try wearing them all the time. I do. It's not to hard to get used to them. Sorry I should have been clearer. I meant every night.
