I had carpal tunnel surgery a couple of years ago on my right wrist and it went great. Will probably have the left done when it gets to bothering me too bad. My hand would go to sleep at night and would wake me hurting. I couldn't brush my teeth or hold my hand up without it going to sleep. I had surgery on a Tues and was back to work on Fri. and had only an inch incision. I haven't had anymore problems with numbness or pain and no more waking me up at night.

That's great that surgery helped that much. Everything I do makes my hands go numb & having constant pain in the my hands & wrist if I stop wearing my braces at night is getting old. One of these days I'll bite the bullet and have the surgery done.

There must have been a full moon last night, I tossed and turned all night. It was so bad the dogs finally went to the living room to sleep in the chair. I got up with a splitting headache....... Went to make coffee and found something that looks like mold growing in the water reservoir, cleaned that up and perked a pot of coffee..... Sat down to enjoy it, and a cat fight breaks out under my house....... Retarded landlord didn't cover the crawl space up when he fixed the frozen pipes....... While I was covering the hole up, I see one of the stupid cats eating Mike's rooster's pellets!!!!! So, now I have to trap that stupid cat and then figure out what to do with him....... I fed the farm dog on the way to the barn, came back from the barn in time to catch the horse eating the dog's food!!!!!....... No wonder the dog was appearing to eat so much dog food and stay nice and slender...... Guess what next???? The washing machine won't work today....... I will have to call the land lord again....... I wonder if all the ferrel cats are eating pellets the hens are being fed????? Good grief!!

Had to laugh at that - we have one horse who has learned to REALLY like the chickens because she knows when I let them out for some ranging time I scatter a little scratch for them. Gotta wonder about the logic of an 1100 pound animal who thinks it's worth the effort of lipping up all those tiny pieces of cracked corn and BOSS given that I only scatter about a cup to begin with and she is only getting what the chickens "let" her have.

it got here a little bit ago and fedex was not nice with it. there are screws,washers, nuts inside it just laying there. stuff pulled apart. Hoping my son will have a go at it when he gets up. Jesse, had it packed well even bubble wrap inside . didnt matter. they must of been really rough with it.

Good morning all !! Well one pup off to his forever home. Of course after the bath didn't want to put him back in with the horde. He decided to take a dump in the office area of the lobby as his "new" papa walked in the door and ran through it. UFFDA. Had to run to the lumber yard yesterday for a 2 x 4. Stepped out of truck hit a patch of ice and ended up spread eagle (face down) on the compacted snow/ice. Mucked up my left wrist. Still hurts and can't lift even a pup with the left hand alone. Hoping I just hyper-extended it and it will heal by itself.

Sorry to hear about your incubator being demolished. Hopefully everything can be repaired and in good working order in no time.

Off to work on a room remodel. I'm mainly gonna supervise and have nephew do the toting.

oh crap twisted, hope you feel better. I cant use my left either . You need to be careful at your age with them falls. one pup down. shew, bet thats a load off your paper towels. LOL

Oh that's too bad granny girl, sure hope your son can get it fixed up. I think we would all be afraid to buy anything or ship anything out if we knew exactly what the package went thru to get to its destination.

Sorry to hear you fell and hurt your wrist. Just don't wait too long to have xrays done. I try to be tough too, so I waited 5 days with mine before I went and had them xrayed, found out I severely sprained the left wrist & broke the right wrist. In a cast for 5 weeks & a brace for 6 more. That was a couple of summers ago, but I still have problems with the right wrist.
