I don't know if this works for everybody, but my nose hairs start freezing as I breathe in when it is 10* outside.

We were in the negatives thru the night and early a.m. yesterday was absolutely brutal, actual temps in the - with windchills at -45*. At least we didn't have the wind today.

Good morning, Granny - hope you and yours are all safe and warm inside watching the snow come down. Too bad we finally get some snow and it's too darn cold to go out and enjoy it.

Granny I do Knit and Crochet. I've also done glass cutting. Bought a grinder and supplies at last years garage sale at the school to do more stuff.

Glad you caught that pill. I would just tell them you aren't going to sue, but give you $100.

It is, but I had to go out to take care of the chickens so they wouldn't freeze. They have a outdoor water station that I knew they would never venture out to drink out of so I collected eggs, pooper scooped, filled feed & brought water inside to them a couple of times. You just have to really bundle up & not dilly dally

The snow is very pretty and i have NO intentions of going outside. My SIL is stuck here today and perfectly able. All they lack in being able to move is beds so I have offered them mine

. Then the snow comes where they cant move it.

. of course now i have no extra beds for company.

thinking of giving up my couch as well. I have 2 living rooms, or family room so one was decorated nice and one is lived in. or was anyway. they have been sleeping on the nice stuff and not so nice now. Maybe i will start over with a different kind of room in there. dont know what it would be though. It is at the front door. Hope everyone survives the cold. things should be back to normal soon and the first thing i am going to do is go get me some donuts. ever since Ol mare mentioned them i cant stop thinking about just how good they are.

Granny, I sure wish we lived closer. Between my dad, sister, brother and I, we have unwanted beds and furniture all over the place. Against the family genetic code to throw away perfectly good stuff and you can't donate mattresses, so we just kind of keep it. All.
