The road he was driving on was on the side of a steep drop off, he drove of the edge, and was actually airborne until he slammed into the tree trunk........... 48 years ago next month.......

Mountain oysters are testicles of young animals. Some people slice them in half and fry them. Sheep, goats, pigs, calves can all be used. I have seen a lot of animals castrated, however, I have not gotten brave enough to try them.

48 years is a long time Enola, I am so sorry for your loss. you would of been a bit young then.

My step-father ate them and when i was young i thought he must be gay.

So you took on a huge responsibility at the tender age of 10. that had to of been very hard on you. Did you stay mad at him for very long ? I am still mad at my father and he has been gone for about 15 yrs.

I've always loved animals. We had our pets altered. We had a friend who bred his German shepherds. He would look at the boys & say the poor things didn't have any (what granny called them). When we had my mom's toy poodle neutered I took a jar of alcohol to the vet & explained the situation. We kept that jar of pickled dog what (granny called them) till he died & buried the jar With him like the Egyptians. Old country vet who said he'd never been asked to do that before but if I really wanted to impress them I should bring a really big jar for bull (what granny called them).

I love animals too but not enough to keep their balls hanging around. hahaaa Now, I have known a few men that i could see putting them in glass jars.
