Melatonin is a natural sleeping aid. Sort of like a supplement. You take it at bed time to help your seratonin level in your brain, enabling you to go to sleep and stay asleep.

Caffein and I are natural enemies. ANY caffein will disrupt my sleeping for 8 hours. And absolutely no sugar 4 hours before sleep.

Sleepy Time Tea helps me go to sleep, but most nights I can't stay asleep.

We do have something similar over here, it's called Nytol. Never tried it though, might give it a whirl or if not cutting back on the coffee and crap before bed may help with carrying on when I'm asleep.

Is been a bit quiet for a couple days but nothing major. This morning when I let them out she did not come out but I thought she was in the nest box laying. When I got back from the horse she was still in there so I let them out in the garden she slowly came out (no egg in box) and just stood on the grass. Even the dog investigating her did not shift her!!

I have practically raised my granddaughter so when she's not here it gets lonely. Schools going to start back soon, then I will be back to the occasional weekend until school breaks & next summer. They just grow up too fast. Now with them living farther away I don't see the little ones very often
