oh, I got canned biscuts too. I have made that before. used tooth pick and wrapped the bacon around the hot dog then deep fried it. It was still a hot dog.

mom always baked them. Not a lot of deep frying in the house she hated the smell of grease. Must have rubbed off on all 4 of here children as well. I don't think any of us own a deep fryer.

I dont own one either . dont really need it. I made those twice . Mom wanted them and she loved her fried food.

Not yet but have hopes that the sex links will start any day now. the brahmas will be another couple of months. They are all 3 months and 3 weeks. Big enough they all got their wings clipped. Except the brahmas that is they are to heavy to fly high.

I have a couple old hens who sort of seem to just camp in the next boxes but when you gather eggs and they see your hand reaching it they just stand up until you have all they eggs in their nest and then they sit back down.

worst thing lately was what I want/wanted to do to the neighbor. And the idiot I caught trying to break in to the cash drawer in the office. Kicked him off the property and told him if I caught him on the place I would kick his mother out as well. I HATE HATE HATE a theif.

If I do want to deep fry something I'll just use a kettle and the home rendered lard that I canned.

hahaa, that is cute . I have a couple broodys and they terrify me. grandson said, whats the matter with you ? he reaches in and the birds dont make a sound. I try and in one try i am bleeding.

chicken fat right ? Love the bacon grease. yum.. I have 4 big roosters that need to go . nice ones too and I dont feel like cleaning them.
