Back from Vet, vet and I are both happy with how the foot is looking. Starting to look like she should keep the toe/pad. Nail is still in question. Still a little odor but NOT like it was

. Renewed both antibotics and anti-inflamitory/pain pills.

Had friend call the @ssmunches at the county and someone from there is going to come out and put flags from start to finish as to where they want the fence to be. This is going to be the LAST time I will move it. Then might just have to drive around the area with tape measure and book of rules turning in various neighbor's. OK just the one neighbor.

Got the roof built on the modified grain bin system we have. Had a tarp on it for the past 2 years now its wood frame and tin roof. Cost my time and Rod's time as we had everything else out there already from other projects and building that I had torn down.

I have a homing chicken. One of the slw that was caught / clipped/ banded/ and moved to the annex/little duce coop/ or convent as only hens & pullets in there. Got out of there (6 ft plus horse fence) and went back to the old run (between 5 1/2 and 6 ft horse fence) and managed to get back in there. Evidently she has boyfriends.
 
yaa Beth ! twist, are you going to let her stay in the old coop ?

I have just cut a tree down.

cut all the limbs off and have everything in a pile. Not sure if i should wait til it dries and burn it or put it in the woods behind me. Either way it is a bad tree and I am hoping whatever it has wont pass to the other trees.

I seen one of my little serama hens running around in the run like something was way wrong then I noticed her bottom had something pink hanging out. I thought the big roo must of got her and now I will have 2 to put down. I walk to her and PLOP ! 3rd egg in 2 days I seen come out of a chickens butt.

reminds me of a joke.
two friends went camping in the woods and they were having the time of their life. One says I gotta poop so off he goes. It wasnt long til he starts screaming for help. His friend comes running and asks whats wrong ? A snake bit me on my (privet part) ! help me !!!! the friend has a cell and after many attempts to get a signal he finally gets through to 911. He explains the situation and the woman explains to him what he should do. Lay your friend down flat, sterilize a knife and make a small x where the bite marks are. ok , then what ? she continues , then you must suck the poison out and we have help on the way but if you wait for us it will be too late to save your friend. He thanks her and hangs up. His friend says, well, what did she say ? He looks at his friend and says, You gonna die.
