Eastern Screech Owl has a reddish variety.

Saw-whet owls are tiny! Could be that. Does your have tufts on the head above the eyes? No tufts on saw-whets.

not sure what tufts are ? those are the right colors , more red on the chest and If it has ears they are very tiny or its holding them down. white beak and yellow feet with black claws.
