Second cup of coffee is helping my morning outlook. I made a nice bowl of cream of wheat with ground flax seeds, chia seeds, and local honey. I nearly feel human.

Im the "others" ! e    Lily just crapped #10 on my $150.00 rug. I tried to clean it but i cant. its garbage.   Hope you can slow down some . your not super woman. 

Can't physically or the spot won't come up? I have lots of stain advice.

Im not going to even try. I cant . I got sick. its the squirts. I started to but it wasnt working out. someone must of gave her something she shouldnt have.

DH just asked me what will I do if she does it on the carpet.

he says I should take it out back and hose it down. I told him if he likes the rug so well I would turn the water on for him.

well, not trying to gross any one but how are you supposed to clean that if your puking ? plus i never seen so much .
