Morning ! Not enough sleep here as well. woke up freezing ! had to get up and turn the heat on. it was 64 in the house. thats good sleeping temps for some But if your on blood thinners that is cold ! question ; Why does my morning coffee make me so thirsty ?

My night coffee does the same. Think I read somewhere that coffee dehydrates you.
