This is granny she knocked her outer horn off while going thru the squeeze chute at the vets. In granny's word the white patch is the target.

So currently Granny has one bigger then the other. The knocked off horn should grow back just not sure if it will catch up in size to the normal one

Did you have to share that little bit of info ?

3-4 hours is cool ! what I was most impressed with ? the sky.... just beautiful. and the fence. loved it as well. Think Porter was giving you the stink eye in one of those pics.

Twist! They are amazing! Porter is HUGE! What beautiful country, what a beautiful life.

thank you the farm is in a little valley type area with a seasonal creek meaning possible flooding in a cloud burst the entire paddock they are currently in has been totally under water before. We did get a couple inches of rain after I cut everything down trying to control the weeds. Wacked up a couple ripe pumpkins and threw them to the yaks if they like them will try using them as treats to help tame them back down. Previous owner said his daughter went in the pen with them all the time to pet and hand feed treats. Bull yaks cane get up to 1800 lbs. Cows max of 800 with 600 to 700 being average.
