and thats what is wrong with me.

evidently being on my place will do it for you.

This is granny she knocked her outer horn off while going thru the squeeze chute at the vets. In granny's word the white patch is the target. So currently Granny has one bigger then the other. The knocked off horn should grow back just not sure if it will catch up in size to the normal one
Now I want some yaks! Pearls gonna kill me if I come home with a few. Well we don't have a good place for them anyways. Porter is farking huge! I now you said they were smaller then cows but what about porter? He looks to be similar in size.

Did you have to share that little bit of info ?

3-4 hours is cool ! what I was most impressed with ? the sky.... just beautiful. and the fence. loved it as well. Think Porter was giving you the stink eye in one of those pics.

yep same look I give Red when he gets to close to any of you and most importantly to close to ME

beef bulls frequently get 2000 lbs plus. Bull's of both cattle and yak just continue to grow through out their lives.

standard cattle fencing will work for yaks. I went bigger and badder cuz I wasn't sure what type of critter (goats/sheep/yaks) I was getting and only going to build my fences ONE time.in my lifetime. all the small paddocks around the barns are fences the same way. The big pasture of about 30 to 35 acres is sucker rod and barbwire. 4 strands of wire
