My good friend had an arab mix from the Kellogg stud's at one of the Michigan universities. Super nice hose.
That's awesome! I hope the legacy never dies. Mom's maiden name is Kellogg. We lived on Kellogg Rd on a centennial farm in Mi.in a town full of Kelloggs. The history is quite fascinating if you're snowed in for the winter. 1 Kellogg brother ran a sanitarium and developed corn flakes as a healthy breakfast. The Arab horses are a legacy, even here in Ca. Here's a link to Cal Poly, where the bequeathment continues as long as the Arab breeding program does. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/W._K._Kellogg_Arabian_Horse_Center

Evening all, spent they day with hubby winterizing. First snow today, very cold winds. My face is wind burned & I feel chilled to bone from working out in it all day. Haven't got my thick blood yet lol. They are calling for 2 to 3 inches for tonight. I know it won't stay, but its just the idea.

i remember michigan winters..stay warm

Ben found Pigeon. She's in a crate by the back door, just on the other side of the sofa. He was doing well with relaxing until he realized she was in there. Now he's just pacing and scenting. It's good, though, because if he goes too close he's self-correcting before I call him back.
