Mutt, do terriers make good service dogs? They seem kind of strong willed, but they do like to work.

Absolutely. They aren't widely used but they are very keen and have a great work ethic. I have a large Airedale as a stability dog.

no never drove in one . never seen one. i think the appt. is at 9:45 .

mutt yes the terrior mix is the one that lilly wont leave alone. she plays for a while then hides.

That first pic should be on a get well card. What a precious dog. They'll work it out. I'd still smack the snot out of Lily with a fly swatter, I swing it like a pendulum in front of me when I have a farm animal learning house rules.

I've always thought Airedales were neat dogs. Something very comforting about them.

Star is the smartest dog i have ever had. you dont even need to teach her anything she just seems to know what you want and does it. I never had her on leash no matter where we have been she heals perfectly . if she is going to puck she lets me know and runs to the back door. never the first mess in the house. nothing ever chewed . I just couldnt think of one bad thing she has done in the 8 -9 yrs. I have been with her.
