Does the city have a plan for all those motel rooms, or is there still oi business?

Other then upping the property tax assessment NO and they don't care. There is a motel in town value for 2014 tax year 16 million and for 2015 tax year 22 million. Just the school portion of my tax bill was 800 three years ago and last year was over 3000. And that was before they decided to build a 65 million dollar middle school.

It's nice here in Sonoma County. Mild weather, 30 mins to the ocean, 60 mins to San Francisco, and about 4 hours to the Sierra and winter snow. Yosemite is pretty cool too.

we went from about 17000 to around 30000 not counting the temporaries. It is starting to drop now. At one point Walmart was paying over 14.00/hour for base starting pay.

Boys can stay home and care for my critters. Younger one will still be in high school and the older will probably be at the local JC. It will be too expensive for them to head out on their own until they make some money, so I will have built in critter sitters. Also my sis and brother are less than 10 mins away.

of course Walmart was also grossing over 400,000 a day. I knen a couple managers there and my head maid works nights there as a stocker.
