caught up all the roo's have been dispatched or moved around. The convent isn't that any more 3 slw in with the 30 plus hens and pullets.

The big coop 2 brahma roos, 2 austroplorps, and 2 spare slw plus a cinnamon queen who is to be rehomed for between 60 and 90 hens. Plan is to grant "mercy" to some of the old girls tomorrow maybe. Was 60 plus today. I am beat fresh air will kill person.

York the yorkshire pudding sounds interesting If I remember right you pour the batter in to cups that have very very hot beef fat in them correct????

I have a kictchenaid mixer dark gray and a space in the basement. Love the grinder attachment. Only thing about the new ones is the gears are plastic the one I am using has been fixed once and the spare in the basement was my aunts.
