Good Morning all. Looking like the old old hens might get a reprieve today. Me cc guy is going to be about an hour before he gets to his office to see what he can do. Sigh and last weeks issues continue into this week. It would be nice to get a rerun of a good week.

we are raising kikos.

more for meat, but we can milk them. we have one half kiko/boer cross, that is currently tame enough for us to milk.

one reason I chose kikos, was their extreme resistance to parasites.

How old is your son that you coach bert?

a 14 year old, and an 11 year old.

the 11 year old and his team and probably me, if I can't stay out of the frame, will be on the tv show Friday Night Tykes.

both boys are very good players.

I have been thinking about maybe a few goats but have never tried the meat. Is there any flavor difference between the different breeds?? I would need a breed that can handle harsh winters.
