My baby chicks are supposed to arrive tomorrow morning. Have been busy the past two days getting the brooder coop cleaned

I have no idea, didn't notice anything until today. Comb turning black, could hardly stand, went to pick her up

That's too bad.  They hide it until it's too late.   Sounds like what happened to someone I knew.  Turned out to be a fungal infection. 

Thank Wishing, makes me so mad when I miss it. I'm with my birds everyday, I should have noticed something off.
