I tried to fly once at Thanksgiving when my step-father passed.. they wanted $1500.00 for the ticket. from MI. to FL.

he was dying not gone . needed drs. paper work or something . not remembering now. but yes, didnt matter. I had just been there a couple weeks before so I got to spend some time before he passed . I have his ashes and no Idea what to do with them. he wanted them to be put in the ocean. Mom wouldnt .

well I didn't some bought my golden feather membership but yes some one (angel) had to cough up some money for a golden feather. I think is 20.00 annually.. So yes techinally they (byc) co0llected monies for the goldenfeather membership which IMHO shoud mean hands off the pm . Or change Pm to something because they sure aren't private if other people can read them and just who POLICES THE POLICE????

All caught up. Happy Friday, everyone! Was just up at the farm talking with my dad. He's been throwing stuff away, which is good and bad. Good, because there's a couple generations worth of stuff up there, but bad because he tosses stuff I would use, like old chicken wire and old blankets. Why doesn't he toss the 20 years of phone records that my gran religiously kept? My mom was kind of a prepper before it was popular. She's got plastic garbage cans full of stuff that I didn't know was there and dad never looked. There's some good stuff, like lanterns, water filters, matches and candles, but what do you do with bags of dry pinto beans from 1998? I did find an old zippered dog bed cover and some old blankets to stuff inside. Scooter needs a new bed!
