The house we rent out has new tenants moving in this Saturday. Last week the kitchen tap down there started leaking so I got him out to fix it thinking it just needed a new washer but the tap was beyond repair. He took it off and I went got a new set of mixer taps. Let him know I had them so he said he would fit them last Friday but he didn't ring and now I can't get hold of him

leave him a message if you can and point out it can take you as long to pay him as it did for him to show up.

hot water on kitchen sink been dripping for a while. it was an easy fix, turn the spicket to the side an let the water run down and you wont hear it .
