Morning jane, Bert, Sally, papa, and anyone else. I was feeling achey last night so I cuddled under a blanket, drank a lot of tea, then fell asleep.

Cold this morning. I'm going to try to work on the coop a bit more today. How's everyone else?

nope I tried keepin up, I really did my best, but over the weekend yall went nuts on me, and then so did my thread and well, I got sick and went to the hospital and then just threw the white towel in

That's the back side. I'm going to add some strips of mesh across the back to hold the hay in. Dividers in middle and top rows. Roof. Roost on middle level (though they don't seem to need it). And curtains, for privacy. I have a lot of chickens crammed into a tiny coop (while I'm waiting for the second to be built) so I'm hoping curtains will help them feel safe to lay.

We'll had to cut my hunt down to an hour. Can't sit still. Trying again this evening. When I got there there was six dogs growling and barking at me. I stood there for a minute and then continued on but the stay close on my heels barking and growling. Guess they thought I wanted the parts of the deer that I field dressed the other day. Two were pits. That's the ones that I really kept an eye on. They finally leg when I got in my stand. After they barked a few more times. I tried to stay but I had to much pain .

by the looks of this house I need to get mad more often.

As newlyweds DH would make me mad on purpose, so I would clean stuff.

  You should of threatened to "clean his clock" while you were at it. 

If my hubby would have pulled that, his STUFF would have been the first to be cleaned & DONATED to Salvation Army

So sorry to hear this Sally, I don't know any of your history so I'm not certain if this hospital stay was on the serous side or not. Sure hope not, but happy to see you posting again
