What happened in LA?

Nothing bad thankfully. Torned out to be not true. There was a terrorist threat email sent out that said 30+ radcalized terrorists had bombs and weapons planted at several schools. LA shut down over 900 schools, kept almost 700,000 students home as they could not verify the threat. They inspected over 1000 campuses. All is fine. Really pisses me off that we live in such fear.

I'm not very active in the day. Just me and the wildman putzing around the house. Sometimes I nap.

Me needy a granny fix! Wanna tell ya something about granny. Few weeks ago, I got really scared after my dr appt. Something bad in my colon. Had to wait for a CT scan, then wait for results. I was so scared. I was consumed with fear. Guess what granny went and did? She PM'd me the whole time to re-assure me, as she had been through it. She told me what all the tests were like and gave me so many reasons not to be so afraid, not to assume the worst. I love me some granny. Turns out I'm fine. Granny was the only one I could talk to. K. nuff of that. Wanted ya'll to know.

Yes, granny has such a big heart.

I've been so worried about you. My mom died of colon cancer some years back, out of the blue. She was 66. So I wanted to ask, but I didn't want to ask, if you know what I mean. Very relieved you are fine.

Camping, it looks too cute. You need to snake a tinsel strand around the flakes. Use a glue gun. Glue wrinkled or flat package ribbons here and there. I'd glue on 2 mismatched long socks for sleeves. Glue a couple holly leaves and berries on one shoulder and poinsettia leaves on the other side. You could add a tinsel necktie or bow around the neck.

Next year plan ahead with Barney purple and bilious green.

YES!!! Tinsel and ugly socks for sleeves. 

Guess I skimmed these? Had I been given proper notice, it could have been truly horrible. But this was the best I could do on short notice on a zero budget.

When we are driving to Iowa I plan to crochet poinsettias for a sweater of my own.
