I'm no electrician but I stuck my finger in a light socket once

Papa, the fan is wired to a power supply that can be switched anywhere from 2.5 to 12 volt. I got it on 12 and was told it wont work on any other . It does though. The fan is too strong and dries the water up in a day making for a bad hatch. I was told to not run the heat without the fan on. The fan slows down a lot on 2.5 or even 6 volt. I dont know if that will be safe to run like that. The way it heats with those wires might be a fire hazard ?

Wish I knew granny. All my electrical work is trail and error. And usually involves me getting zapped a few times.

Can I come for dinner, power is still out here. We have a gas range, but just don't feel like having to boil water to wash dishes & cook by a lantern. I'm spoiled I guess, lol.
