Morning granny, Papa, Bert, Star, Sally, louly, enola & anyone else I might have missed. Even though it is more like afternoon lol. Its cold here & they are calling for a nasty ice storm tonight. Hubby left cords out from last generator use, so we are all set if we lose power again. I hate ice storms. I hate ice period because that's usually when I go @ss over tea kettle & fall.

Glad to hear the Red is ok. He is probably more busy with the young one out of school for Christmas break. That's what happening here. Just keeping up with the dishes & extra laundry that's being created is a challenge.

Hope your all good? I have no wi-fi and it's killing me Our provider is having technical trouble, due to the flooding I'm guessing. Using mobile data and the signal is sporadicall and very slow!! Have not had chance to catch up so I'm hoping everyone is good

I guess its time to talk weather.. Still raining here . all night again.  I am in need of a boat. and chickens that can swim.  Flo is a very happy duck right now.

Ice here. Stayed up til 2:30 watching a movie and folding clothes. Made a pot of coffee this morning; two cups in found out it was decaf. Oh well.

Ugh. I need to do dishes when I get home tonight. So many....

Doesn't help that hubs has been glued to that PlayStation all weekend lol. Kinda regret getting that for him....hello...wife's over here!!!

Well made record time into work today. 45 minutes.

Now if every day was a commute like that I wouldn't mind working so far away. Sadly it's more stop go stop go people can't drive stop go.
(Granted there were a few on pleasure cruises I think....guh do the speed limit that's all I ask!!!)

Hanging out in my car til bosses get here.

As far as how the window broke....nope we're a good distance from the road (and landlords house is between the road and us anyway). Neighbor on that side has some horses but that would be a good fling to shatter glass at that distance. Hubs suggested temperature change. I confess I scoffed. My house in Alberta went through much more extreme temperature changes (within a day too!) and no self destructing Windows there.
