very frugal

well if we are eating fresh pork chops and pork steaks in less then 2 weeks I need apple sauce, and to cheap to throw away the apples, they were a little past their best but plenty good enough for cooking down. Honey crisps and mcintoshs or northern spy I forget which.

never heard of N. spy but McIntosh Is a favorite for frying .. then roll some biskits out and make little pies and drizzle icing ..

ok caught up

I have throw away at least six of the "dorm sized" fridges way

had no idea you could turn them into incubators.

HONEY CRISPS. My all-time most expensive pregnancy craving. I think they were over $4 a pound at the time. Any other apples made me cry.
