The coop is closest to the "maintenance shed" which was once a barn and will be again. But I don't want the coop brown to match the barn (which will probably also be painted). We're leveling those monstrous azaleas so the coop can be seen from the road. This isn't my preferred location, but after seeing the shade I think it's going to work out really well.

Granny, take the dog to the pound and tell them to bite her d@mn ear themselves!

I know that won't really work, but it was the first thing I thought !

I guess they have no clue how farking stupid they sound.....

Yes, take the dog. Tell them you couldn't figure out how to do it and would they please show you how! lol

5 or 6. The nomads want to cover the run in netting. I don't know if it's going to work with the pinecones and needles.
probably not, you'll spend allot of time cleaning it off.

just be wary of giving racoons easy access to the inside of your coop and run. maybe trim some upper branches that may be touching branches in side your run.

Ok I scoured google and snagged some pics of my "vision" for -IF- we paint it. 1.) 2.) 3.) 4.) 5.) 6.) 7.)
LOVE THIS COLOR SCHEME below! the coop like the shutters and the wire brushed white/cream for the trim and brown for the signs and for adding antiquing to the white trim!! And brown in the signage!
Yay, number 5 was my favorite, its going to look beautiful when it's done Camping. I'm so excited for you

Good thinking. The run fencing is going to be hot, but that won't help if they drop over it.
