How do you cook your clams?

I might get out of making clams though cause I invited my niece over and shes allergic to seafood... see..not just another pretty face am I? LOL

How do you cook your clams?

I steam them in beer, garlic, sugar and season salt and butter... dip crusty bread in the sauce.. super yummy.
