I didnt know it was Indian . dot or feather ? Mom always made a big put of chicken and rice with it and it is very good. I just have sausage to work with. Think she liked yams with it .

Kielbasa is a sausage I use but I just cook it bbq sauce and serve on rice with a can of veges. Lol but I feed kids.
