Guineas lay eggs that range in color from cream to a light brown, some are speckled some are not.

Granny, I was drooling over the pretty eggs in the pictures. And no, we are pushing the limit on animals with 4 dogs and a cat. Didn't tell the land lord about the snake...... Megan says we are going to try sneaking in some quail in the spring....... And we are going to set up an aquarium for Ryan. Everytime we go to Wal~Mart, he has to see the fish......

Yes, today's eggs. Only two. "Guinea" egg top, then I cracked a pullet egg for comparison.

they hide to mate BTW . Mine did.

It was easy to crack, but hard to break my thumbs through. Does that make sense? The breeder says it's too early. :/

But if we all decide that looks fertile, I'll fire up the bator and see what comes out.
