Linda, Araucanas also have feather tufts, instead of muffs. There is some sort of lethal gene associated with the tufts, so hatch rates tend to be lower. If they haven't been interbred, they should lay blue (not green) eggs.

Nope had to sort thru the PILE of mail that showed up and about 1/2 was w-2 for people no longer here. Busy writing NO on the envelopes and my 6 water bills. 5 from the city in 5 separate envelopes with return envelops inside. Govt at its best
