Love me mommy... I'm just a wee lap dog.

I bees Guud.

How you be?

:hugs

They are kinda nasty, TBO, The CornishX, very efficient to raise tho.

If I had enough space to move the tractor the full length everyday, it wouldnt be so bad.

We will see if it is good or not, but it's basically what you buy in the store. Sucker looks good tho!

I was thinking about raising some Heritage Cornish, Or Dorking.

:love

Yessa! :highfive:
They also can lay a Creme colored egg.

Depending on genetics, which i know squat about.

Aracauna can lays BEAUTIFUL Blue eggs.

I got some hatching eggs from @TJChickens
, Bantam EE, that lay blue.

Thats why i got em cause i love blue eggs!:weee
what makes them nastier then any other chicken? I'm really clueless.

In 2 gallons freezer bags

Looks tastey.

They are working on the SOP for the CLs, and they are supposed to have blue shells. That's why you need to check your breeder before you buy.

The Arkansas Blues were developed at a university, and are great if you like blue birds laying blue eggs!

Wishing, how do you go about checking out a breeder?

I was running on pure adrenaline. I just knew I had to try to knock the fire down. We depend on a volunteer fire department so sometimes the wait can be long. The good Lord was running the show that day. Where the fire had burned thru the wall & started into the rafters I had a counter below it that had my coffee can of paint thinner to clean my brush. Unfortunately the lid was missing so I had just layed a piece of newspaper on top of it the night before when I had cleaned up. All I could think about was that thinner exploding, plus there were gas cans & lawn mowers in there with gas in them. The 5 gallon pail with the stain was in there too. At one point I stood off to the side of the front of the garage & just sprayed towards the ceiling & wall that was dropping burning material down on the counter where the container with the paint thinner sat. I didn't stand in front of the door out of fear a explosion was going to happen. I honestly believe if my neighbor handnt showed up with a huge commercial fire extinguisher & started attacking the back corner. Freed me up to just concentrate on the ceiling & wall above the counter. This is the time the fire department finally arrived.

Maybe, the good Lord was looking out for me

x2 that is scary. Glad you're ok.

Lisa, I think you had some pictures of that ?
No I never took pictures because I was too busy trying to put the fire out. Plus I never wanted to see pictures to relive it. It was bad enough to look at it everytime I went to the coops. It took about a month & a half to get the insurance stuff settled & a check to rebuild.
