Two summers ago we made a lot of ice cream. Fresh local peaches made the best that year.

You use a recipe that you cook? I threw it straight out. Just sugar and cream. We'd sugar the fruit and let it chill a few hours and it was to die for!!

We have Edys Neapolitan left over from DH's bday. I put slivered almonds on top. I like texture in my ice cream.
 
Salted pistachio would be so super good.

Give me your input! I have made fruit ice creams without cooking but a pistachio ice cream seems to require cooking... Suggestions please!
 
right at 20.

I tossed two eggs last night........the lone remaining egg, passed the water test......

so put it back in, and will give it another day.........maybe it's a duck egg?
