Thank Red, was just working on changing my picture on my profile. Was creating a collage picture when my phone messed up & deleted most all of my photos. Have checked all the different places they are stored, but they are gone
Roost..... Tillie is the one suffering the worst, and yes she is still alive. I am treating her for high BP and heart failure. I have drained her belly twice. ( heart failure causes fluid to leak into the abdominal cavity.) The entire flock turned up with labored breathing and clicking heart valves, starting this past fall. I have determined that my water contains too much salt, (we dont drink the well water) and they all developed arterial hypertension. I have been running distilled water through the flock for almost two weeks and I am no longer seeing labored breathing or clicking valves. Tillie is on Hawthorn to reduce her BP. Not sure if she can pull through, but at least I saved the flock. Still have hopes for my Tillie....she is the love of my life!
I'm furious, my gd got punched in the eye yesterday morning by a high school football player. There is video & witnesses of him doing it. The bus driver switched up his route so he could drop her off at school early for her to be seen by the clinic in her school. A report has been made through the principal & a investigation is underway. Supposedly his friends said he was just horsing around & accidentally hit her, but he laughed after doing it. This is my gd after she was dropped off at the school.
This is just wrong, now kids are making fun of her today because of her shiner. Gosh there are some terrible monsters out there called kids these days. She has only been at this school 3 years & hates it. At the beginning of the school year she had one of the druggie kids in gym class, come up to her & whapped her hand with his tennis racket. She had a very swollen hand for about a week. Then he proceeded to laugh about it. He got in-school suspension, but what the h3ll is the matter with our youth?? When did it become ok to hit girls. This Nana is madder then a wet hen
Camping, storms/rain, makes for a great hatch. open a window.
Twist, Its a physical. complete check-up with NO deductible/co-pay. basically listen to your problems, check your BP lungs/heart listen to.
Chickens are fed, meds are home. Dr. gave me some strong drugs for pain. Told me next time I am in so much pain I feel like I need to be seen but knowing its muscle or arthritis take one of these pills instead. Plus he gave me strong muscle relaxers he wants me to take around the clock for my neck right now and its my back BTW. Im not taking any of that mess. The BP meds will start tomorrow and is supposed to increase blood flow .
You know, viagra is a blood pressure med.
Poor Twist...
Still have dinner to do . Robert was supposed to but he didnt go to bed til 7am.
Tom fed his chicks. hehehee
I seen a baby at CVS just learning to talk. Cashier said something to him and he said What the Shiit.
Lisa there are many things parents can do for GD. I went down that road w/Robert. many, many times. A police report is the first thing to do. then hold a meeting for personal protection. I pulled Robert from school until they could/would agree to his safety. That ended up being an adult with him all day . lunch included. Today, people can not circle Robert without him freaking .
