Camping, storms/rain, makes for a great hatch. open a window.

Twist, Its a physical. complete check-up with NO deductible/co-pay. basically listen to your problems, check your BP lungs/heart listen to.

Chickens are fed, meds are home. Dr. gave me some strong drugs for pain. Told me next time I am in so much pain I feel like I need to be seen but knowing its muscle or arthritis take one of these pills instead. Plus he gave me strong muscle relaxers he wants me to take around the clock for my neck right now and its my back BTW. Im not taking any of that mess. The BP meds will start tomorrow and is supposed to increase blood flow .

You know, viagra is a blood pressure med.

Still have dinner to do . Robert was supposed to but he didnt go to bed til 7am.

Your back is causing pain in your neck? I got a couple of pains in the neck around here! But they're at school right now.

Consider trying what the dr suggests. You need to break the cycle of pain-spasm.
