Oh no. I didn't realize that. I've fed them a couple of night crawlers before after fishing. You can take some poop into your vet and ask them to do a float test to see if there are worm eggs present and what kind. No need to worm if they don't have them. Some parts of the country are more prone to worms. Not here. Too dry. We have those lovely mites instead.
If you see worms in their poop without having wormed, you have a bad infestation. Wild birds spread most of the bad stuff our chickens can get. Pretty much any chicken in contact with the ground will have worms, but their natural immunity will keep the levels very low.
They do eat earthworms, and I was bummed to find out that earthworms can be carriers for parasitic worms.
My lunch is done, so back to work I go, bbl

I get a lot of stuff from Amazon and it worked out cheaper for me to get prime. A one off payment and anything on prime is no additional shipping and 9/10 here the next day. I've saved a fortune on shipping costs and most things are on prime.
Was wondering last night while in the shower. Does everyone on here also have other pets/animals other then chicken and do they all have an inside pet????
Ditto
