When Walmart does policy changes it is nationwide. Stores don't have individual policies.

So everyone suffers equally. That's fair, right? 

The only ones not suffering are the @sses making the money grubbing changes. They have ****** off a lot of people. The first round of raises changed wages so that everybody making less than $9 per hour were raised to $9. That meant that people who had been there nearly 3 years and were just getting raises to $9 were now working with people who had worked for 1 year and were getting $9 per hour.

A lot of good workers left and went to factory jobs because they thought it wasn't fair.

I can't quit because every where I have applied at wants to start me out at $8.50 or $9 an hour. I cant pay my bills with that kind of wage.

It makes it really hard to go yo work some days......

anyone ever tell you all ducks are messy ? LOL  They are dumping the water . made another brooder today from a wall cabinet  .  Its small but will hold 10 babies for a week or 2.

Walmart is doing some huge change to make employees happy. So, today it is my turn to see how they are going to improve my life...... I get called to the office to find out that I am going to get a 20 cent raise..... But, yearly raises on our yearly anniversaries are going away. Every body will get a yearly raise at the same time. The first week in March........ So actually I am not getting any money that can be connected to the advertisement to the whole world about how Walmart is going to raise the pay of all of their employees. Oh and they did away with the $1 bonus per hour for working on Sundays. AND I went from 4 weeks of vacation per year to 3 weeks.

So despite walmart being the largest retail business in the WORLD, they still don't see fit to actually at least act like they take care of their employees....... As one of the girls said today, well we got farked with our pants on AGAIN.......

I never worked for Wal-Mart but I dated a girl that did some years ago now. She said lots different now that the oldman passed (Sam Walton) really went downhill. I've noticed they don't have as many folks working in the store as years ago either.

sorry to hear that. I just had z pac and didnt help . they put me on the stronger stuff. try a very warm rag on yr face.

Yeah I been doing the whole routine ,warm cloths, netti pot,saline, and z-Pac I have to get a jump on any thing respiratory problems in a hurry
