Broody is less than 4lbs, so I don't think she had room for any more eggs. And my neighbor(assistant) was out also. Anyone else would be too far on the bumpy roads.

me too. Might want to uy a cheep heater for the electri part of your car though. Bet they are cheap there.

what if its out for a couple days ? It happens you would need something more long term. with elect. you would need to start the car a few times to keep the battery up but a full tank of gas isnt going to run forever. and how often do you have a full tank ?

That makes sense. We have a few space heaters floating around. And an electric blanket.

im back. I am done for the day except cleaning these 2 brooders out in the house. I hope one or 2 come out looking like their daddy. maybe I should hope one or 2 come out at all. expect the worse feel good if you get half right ? I got 2 more polish eggs today taking me a dozen I think. I have not seen the rooster top the hens over there.
