I planted mine today as well. Looking forward to see them sprout. I'm hoping anyway. I planted seed that I took out of last years fruits and vegetables.

way you give them uv light? They don't need light to spraout and after they spraout give them red light!

I don't know... Just followed the directions on the grow light. If you can give me advice I will take it. I'm new to this.
