Bubba helped me do some repotting in the yard. They made pots with the "butterfly" footprint shapes last year for Mother's Day. He had a great time digging holes in the yard over where the azaleas used to be.

First pic: he's already had one shower today.

Second pic, I need this one framed. :love

What a cutie patootie!

for me

ground beef , onions, Worchester sauce and a little salt, pepper brown this and drain most of the fat off

place in bottom of baking dish pour a couple cans of CREAMED corn over then cover with left over mashed taters. bake at 350 when taters start to brown cover with cheese and then back in oven until cheese is nice and melted or toasty brown.
Very similar to how I do mine - though I start with a whole onion and a few carrots chopped fairly small, cook them down then add the beef to the pan with some worchester, salt, pepper, whatever other spices I grab out from the cupboard that day, a little beef broth and a can or two of whole corn -- simmer together for it to come together, then put in pan, layer with potatoes and cook until nice and brown on top -- we don't do cheese. I have also done a cheater method where I used one jar of beef gravy (better with left over gravy that I made).

I like them scrambled with cheese and the cheese burnt. LOL
Burnt cheese is the best!

I use green peas instead of corn in shepards pie.
That's the beauty of it - you can put in or take out different things every time you make it --- great way to make use of whatever you have in the cupboard, fridge or freezer! Though, I guess if we were being *really* correct we'd be using lamb or calling it parson's pie/cottage pie since we're using beef, lol.
