I just got home. More eating today! Had lunch with my bro and sis and dad and hubs, of course. Kids stayed home since it was Thai food and they are not adventurous eaters. The feeling that I have been fighting some illness all week has finally beaten me. I am sick.

Back of my throat is sore and feels thick and sinus headache-ish. Blahhhhh. Oh, and swollen glands and ringing ears. It's just the beginning, so hoping I can keep it short. Need a nap. #2 is sleeping and says he's got the same stuff. Dang kid germs!!

GS has passed his to son and DD and SIL both are sick as well. next will come Tom and myself. I didnt get chocolate but made frozen pizza, pizza rolls and perogies. oh and a few chicken fingers. It sounds ambitious but it all went on the same pan in the oven except the perogies . I fried them in butter.

aww I could of had some pretty fish from Mare but I couldnt get the aquarium set up. Here fishy fishy....

Well, still time to change your mind - maybe you can talk chicken boy into also being a fish boy (after all, the fish in question are grand champion fish 3 years running for 4-H, lol) - I understand the thinking behind your changing your mind, but know that if it changes again before I figure out something else to do with them I would be happy to have you have them!

Pops is getting better everyday. Never be right but were thankful he's still here.

I took some pics of my eggs today. The color is very disappointing compared to how it looks on my phone.

They are all darker and richer.

I hate how washed out they are when photographed -- I am always so excited by how pretty my eggs are and then I try to get a picture to show off and they turn out all washed out....that being said, PRETTY EGGS!

I thought you were getting blues ?

I am - there is one in that picture that you can't tell is blue - that washed out effect - it's above and to the left of the green egg (which is WAY greener than the photo shows too) -- I have two that lay that shade of blue, but only one that bothered to lay this day, wish it would show better.

Oh no, so sorry - hope you can (and, more importantly WILL) take a little "you" time to just rest and let your body beat this thing for you.

Well, we do teach them to share, right? Sounds like a nice feast -- we are going that route here tonight with a "fryer feast" for dinner (soo healthy, lol) -- all I know is whatever the boys choose to have me cook up for them *I* am having chicken fingers and country gravy..................

My advice is read everything, question everything, remember the Dr works for you not the other way around ask lots of questions keep a diary and if a question comes to you write it down so you don't forget , and.no matter how far fetched the procedure may seem check it out we found out thru googling major research hospital websites and most importantly don't give up or give in as long as there is life there is hope !!!!! And PRAY PRAY PRAY !!!!!!!!

Morning all. Gonna try to work on the coop a little more if I can. Hope y'all have a great day. Oh I traded the guy my roo for three bitties. 2 rir and a bo. Hated to see little twist go but I can't have him being mean to my girls. Here again pearl sends me and the kids to get one hen and we come back with 3 birds. You'd think she'd catch on one day lol.

In regards to your gardening and needing help up - maybe your next project should be some container gardening with the containers located up on something that would keep you from having to be down like that - most everything you would want to grow can be grown in a way that would be more accommodating to your physical struggles.

Yes there was one growing under the toenail I had dropped something on it several years back I did notice the top nail was really messed up looking

Had a nail like that for years - started with a very large horse standing, and grinding on my toe -- left me with a nail that had this big dip and ridge/wrinkle in it that grew in two layers -- funny thing is that after years of struggling with it and periodically removing the entire top layer it just stopped being deformed and came back to being a perfectly normal nail.

My dad made me change tires and made me do a brake job on a car, change spark plugs, etc. I was pretty hacked off at him at the time. I was about 16 or 17. I really appreciate what he did now.

Funny how at the time we dont' realize what a gift they are giving, right?

Recon how surprised the first time somebody put flour in hot meat grease added milk salt and pepper and poured it over anything and knew they were in heaven lol
