I would if I could remember what robert was diagnosed with. theres just so much but he walked on his tip toes and the muscles are drawn up tight to where he couldnt walk flat footed . Botox is a paralizer and they put it in the muscles so they would relax and could be stretched out to allow him to walk at a more normal step/pace. It was intense. lasted a few months but long enough to stretch them out. They are almost back to the way they were.

I have spuring spinal discs in my upper back neck area and the doctor says there is nothing you can do short of seeing a rhuemtoid doctor.

sorry. I feel your pain. Sounds similar to mine. They went in and grinded the spurs and some of the bone itself to make room for the nerves. Unfortunately they said that it'd grow back and surgery again and again.

Michael was born with a deformity in his calves that causes him to walk tip toed... he had excersizes to do that didnt work well until he became a teenager... but it made him a great athlete.

Michaels muscle grew horizontal instead of vertical which happens to be a family trait.. only it was bad with him. My dad and my calves are huge.. I get stopped and asked if I ride bikes if I wear anything that shows them off. Of course I dont.... that would be exercize.
